Most desktops, notebooks and netbooks aren't even at peak performance when new in the box! Due to cost, volume and time constraints, manufacturers don't ship computers in peak condition, there will be outdated drivers, sub standard or useless evaluation software installed and the windows installation will be a mess if inspected 'under the hood'. So we even recommend calling us to make a new PC how it should be, so it boots and runs faster, and stays like new for longer, without affecting warranty.
